Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AOSTRAC. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.

1. The service

AOSTRAC is an AI-powered business operating system: it analyzes your operational data, recommends actions, and — only with your explicit approval — executes them. An audit log records consequential actions.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use AOSTRAC.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into AOSTRAC. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you connect or upload, including third-party integrations.

4. AI features

AI analysis and recommendations are provided for decision support and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before approving them. We do not guarantee any business outcome from using AOSTRAC.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at purchase and are purchased online through our payment provider, Razorpay; your plan is activated automatically once payment succeeds. You can cancel or downgrade at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial billing periods. We always refund duplicate or incorrect charges in full, and if a paid plan was never activated after a successful payment, you may choose a full refund or activation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or other tenants' data, no reselling access without permission, and no abusive load on the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Availability and liability

AOSTRAC is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions you make based on AI recommendations.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing aostracsupport@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
